Sales Engineer
Capron Company, Inc. is seeking a talented, motivated, Sales
Engineer. As a leading installer of integrated building automation solutions
with more than thirty years of service to the Washington and Baltimore area,
Capron Company, Inc. enjoys a reputation for quality installations and superior
service. We focus on the new technologies of our industry, including open
protocols, systems integration, and after market services. We are looking for a
qualified individual to sell our products and services.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for selling building automation and control
systems to owners, design engineers and mechanical contractors. The Sales
Engineer identifies opportunities; meets with owners, architects and engineers;
estimates projects; and manages the sale of control systems in both the new
construction and renovation markets for numerous building types. This is a
technical position. Very little travel is required.
Skills and Abilities
Applicants should have a strong mechanical systems
background with an understanding of building control systems preferred. We are
looking for a motivated, results oriented sales engineer with excellent
interpersonal and communication skills.
Education and Experience
BSME/BSEE or a technical college degree with 3-5 years
experience in commercial construction and contracting. Experience with systems
integration and open protocols a plus.
