What about Health Insurance?

Capron Company provides free health and dental insurance coverage for its team members and their families. This comprehensive insurance covers preventive & wellness care, prescriptions 100% after co-pay, maternity care, surgical, and our deductibles are $200 single, $400 family with $10.00 co-pay for doctor visits. Dental is Annual maximum of $1,000 including preventive service at 100% and orthodontic at 50% UCR (usual, customary and reasonable). Other benefits are provided in detail in our plan document.

What other benefits are provided?

Capron Company also provides $15,000 term life insurance policy, up to 4 weeks personal leave, paid national holidays, Section 125 Plan- Medical & Dependent Care, optional elected Long Term Disability, direct deposit to any financial institution, tuition reimbursement (after one year), cafeteria and 401(k) Plans, free checking with SunTrust Bank and other benefits which are listed in our employee handbook.
